How To Make

Ouija boards can be either bought or made, below is a tutorial and info on how you could make one:

I will show two tutorials, one for a wooden ouija board and the other for a paper one.

The Wooden Ouija Board:

Step 1: Either cut a piece of wood or buy a precut piece of wood to serve as the board.

Step 2: Place the letters and words on the board as follows:

i. Put the words yes and no on the upper left and right on the board respectively. If desiered, put maybe in the middle.

ii. Put all the letters of the alphabet in the middle of the board.

iii. Put the numbers 0-9 below that.

iv. Put goodbye or farewell at the bottom, and if desired put hello next to it, but it is not required.

v. Decorate the board any way you desire.

vi. Use a pointer from an old ouija board or use a smooth glass object that will slide on it easily.

This is a picture taken from the website www.graveaddiction.com.  I picked this picture because it is a very good example of a home-made ouija board.

The Paper Ouija Board

Step 1: Get a piece of white construction paper or any paper that is free of lines and will suit the size of the board, color shouldn't matter.

Step 2: Place the letters on the paper as follows:

i. Put the words yes and no on the upper left and right of the paper respectively. If desired, put maybe in the middle.

ii. Put all the letters of the alphabet in tPhe middle of the paper.

iii. Put the numbers 0-9 below that.

iv. Put goodbye or farewell at the bottom, if desired put hello next to it.

v. Use a pointer from an old Ouija board or use a smooth glass object that slides on it easy.

vi. If desired, put cardboard or anything sturdy underneath it.

How to Make Your Own Ouija Board

This is an example of a paper Ouija board from the website www.ehow.com.

I realize this sounds simple and that's because it is.              Home-made ones are said to work better by some, but most say that they work the same. I've never personally made one or tried a home-made Ouija board, but they say they work just the same.
